Erin Malone is a senior level user experience designer and researcher who has spent her career deconstructing complex systems, designing web and software applications, and social experiences and leading experience design teams. She is currently principle at 8 Paw Press, her press which includes her UX booklet offerings, linoleum blockprints, letterpress work and photo gravure prints.  She is a professor at California College of the Arts and also the Chair of the Interaction Design BFA program. She teaches IXD Foundations, Visual Interaction Design, Systems Thinking, Interaction Design History and Behavior. Erin holds an MFA in New Media and Graphic Design from Rochester Institute of Technology and a BFA in Graphic Design from East Carolina University’s School of Art.
